Melissa is that girl whose curiosity is unending and has led her to a life full of quests. Her book High Again is her first published work and explores—in her unique style—several decades of living with diabetes. She’s a diabetes educator and supporter by nature, but also enjoys her work in IT that has led her down several different technology paths. She loves exploring local bike trails with her husband on their eBikes, curling up with her dogs and a good book, and high altitude baking. She speaks German, loves to travel, and is a true Jill-of-all-trades. Melissa lives in Colorado, where she is never far from her parents, sibling, daughter and grandkids.
